Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; active real estate license or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire.
• 5+ years of corporate real estate experience with transaction Management.
• Strong communication and client-service orientation for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute portfolio strategies aligned with client business and real estate objectives.
• Negotiate lease, sale, purchase, and sublease terms with internal and external brokers.
• Oversee broker selection, parameters, and alignment with client expectations.
• Conduct sophisticated financial analyses and modeling to support recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
• Monitor revenue forecasting, budgets, and transaction-related performance.
• Prepare and present updates and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
