Qualifications

• 4+ years of real estate transactional experience
• Must be admitted to the California Bar and in good standing
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience with purchase and sale agreements (PSAs) and financing documentation

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise real estate transactional agreements, including purchase and sale agreements and loan documentation
• Draft and negotiate real estate capital markets documents, including JV operating agreements, syndication agreements, preferred equity agreements and other entity documents
• Coordinate with partners and paralegals to ensure transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met
• Manage multiple matters, deadlines and client priorities simultaneously
• Work directly with clients and help drive transactions from start to finish
