Job summary

Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP in California seeks an associate with 6+ years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, PSAs, leasing, title and financing matters.

The ideal candidate will draft and negotiate PSAs, commercial leases, statutory development agreements, and other complex real estate documents, and advise public agencies, developers, owners, and nonprofits on a broad range of matters, including complex P3 deals.

Qualifications

• Handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating PSAs and leases, and related docs.
• Advising public agencies, developers, owners, and nonprofits on real estate matters.
• Capable of managing multiple transactions independently in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of real estate development and transactional matters.
• Negotiate and document commercial real estate deals and financings.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to close complex transactions.
