Job summary

This role emphasizes risk management, timely documentation, and cross-functional leadership across development teams, legal, and construction, with onsite presence expected four days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial lease negotiation and transaction execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance preferred.
• Strong negotiation expertise with landlords and developers.
• Deep understanding of lease language, work letters, and delivery conditions.
• Strong project management skills with ability to drive timelines and accountability.
• Ability to balance legal, financial, and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify deal submission package.
• Translate LOI terms into fully executed lease documents.
• Coordinate with Legal to ensure timely lease execution.
• Lead negotiation of lease agreements with landlords and developers.
• Manage critical path from LOI to delivery of premises, including milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks delaying delivery.
• Coordinate development cross-functional teams.
• Prepare lease signing packages and track milestones.
