Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Nashville is seeking a senior real estate portfolio analyst to optimize the performance of our real estate portfolio and support strategic decisions across lease negotiations, capital planning, and portfolio strategy.

You will analyze portfolio metrics, build financial models, and deliver data-driven insights to cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Onsite collaboration four days a week is encouraged and expected.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in real estate analysis or corporate real estate.
Experience supporting multi-site, national or regional portfolios (retail preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel expertise required).
Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and real estate economics.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proficiency with real estate systems and tools (CoStar, Tableau/Power BI, lease management systems).

Responsibilities

Drive portfolio performance through data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic recommendations that optimize real estate investments and occupancy costs.
Support lease renewal and portfolio strategies by evaluating lease economics, market conditions, and transaction opportunities to maximize portfolio value.
Partner cross-functionally with Real Estate, Finance, Facilities, Legal, and Operations teams to develop executive reporting, portfolio insights, and data-driven business recommendations.
