Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Coordinator who can work remotely or in a hybrid setting. You will support a global portfolio by coordinating leases, renewals, and related documents, tracking critical dates, and preparing summaries for client presentations.

The role requires a state real estate salesperson license and at least two years of transaction management experience. You will collaborate with brokers and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license.
• 2+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, e.g. Brokers.
• Prepare negotiation summaries/RFP comparison matrices and gather market data.
• Coordinate client feedback questionnaires and portfolio reporting.
