Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of paralegal experience in a law firm, court, or legal services agency - or - an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review title work and ensure accuracy of title descriptions.
• Review technical legal descriptions and compare them to right-of-way maps.
• Incorporate descriptions into legal documents used in condemnation and property conveyances.
• Provide supervision and training for real estate paralegals in the Title Office.
