Qualifications

• Senior-level Business Systems Analyst with experience supporting complex enterprise tech initiatives.
• Experience gathering requirements, process analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments with limited direction.
• Strong communicator who can influence multiple stakeholder groups without direct authority.
• Experience partnering with technical teams and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with large-scale or global technology rollouts.
• Agile and hybrid delivery methodology experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, dependencies, and future-state needs.
• Gather, document, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and process documentation.
• Partner with Technical Project Managers, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and business leaders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, trade-offs, gaps, and implementation impacts.
• Support backlog refinement and requirements prioritization.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to maintain alignment.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, issue tracking, and stakeholder signoff.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Proactively elevate risks and drive resolution before they impact delivery.
• Support global technology implementations across regions.
