Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business/Systems Analyst to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements for complex infrastructure projects in the United States.

You will facilitate interviews, assess upgrade impacts, and document requirements for delivery by IT and development teams. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years working on technology/infrastructure projects, strong communication skills, and experience in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and define requirements using standard analysis techniques.
• Conduct interviews with users to identify impacts of upgrades and analyze existing procedures.
• Document requirements for use by technical teams and create testable designs.
• Lead discovery sessions with development and testing teams and align on scope.
• Act as liaison between business units, technology teams and support teams.
