Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
• Professional certification (PMP/MCRE/LEED) is a plus.
• 7–10 years in corporate/commercial project management and real estate development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple site types and client needs.
• Develop and manage scope, budget, and schedule for assigned projects.
• Perform cost estimation for renovations, relocations, and new rollouts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, IT, EHS, Sustainability, Finance).
• Lead vendor negotiations with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Monitor lease expirations and drive portfolio performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory processes.
