Job summary

Harvard Partners, LLP, Trusted Advisors to IT, is seeking a Project Manager Lead to drive end-to-end delivery across commercial office space, R&D, data centers, warehouses, and showrooms. You will lead project teams, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex, multi-site initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with experience in real estate development and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• PM certification (PMP, MCRE, LEED or similar) preferred.
• 7–10 years of corporate/commercial project management and real estate experience.
• Advanced scheduling tools proficiency and strong analytical skills.
• Experience drafting and managing real estate and construction RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and internal customers to gather business requirements.
• Manage multiple projects from site selection to completion within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Provide market analysis and performance benchmarking for leases and spaces.
• Estimate costs for renovations, relocations, and new rollout.
• Oversee real estate components of RFPs and bid proposals.
• Coordinate with vendors, architects, engineers, and designers across sites.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, EHS, Sustainability, Security, and Facilities.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30% as needed.
