Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law at a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Experience with private equity transactions, especially related to real estate investments.
- Strong interest in and experience with real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements.
- Lead the real estate aspects of private equity and M&A transactions.
- Conduct and analyze due diligence, including title and survey review.
