Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law at a law firm or in‑house legal department.
Strong interest in and experience with real estate transactions.
Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and easements.
Lead and manage sophisticated real estate transactions from term sheet through closing.
Advise on real estate matters for clients on development projects and joint ventures.
