Job summary

A well-established law firm is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join a team serving national and regional homebuilder clients. The role focuses on real estate transactions with emphasis on title, survey, and contract administration, and requires collaboration with attorneys.

Located in Orlando with in-office collaboration three days a week; Orlando or other Southeast offices are considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Senior-level paralegal experience (bar admission not required).
• Experience with title and survey work.
• Experience supporting homebuilder or developer clients (commercial/multi-family developer experience considered with strong adaptability).
• Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) preferred; FPA certification or equivalent also considered.
• Prior law firm experience, especially familiarity with billing/timekeeping practices, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate transactions for homebuilder and developer clients from a paralegal capacity.
• Manage title and survey review processes.
• Handle contract administration related to land and real estate deals.
• Interact directly with developer and builder clients, understanding their processes and priorities.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and the broader real estate team.
• Manage billing and timekeeping in line with law firm standards.
