Ideal candidates have 3+ years of paralegal experience in real estate, with proficiency in drafting and reviewing PSAs, leases, and easements, and have strong closing coordination skills. Title and survey review experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience handling commercial transactions from contract through closing.
• Draft and review PSAs, leases, easements, and related documents.

• Review title and survey work, identifying issues and objections.
