Cepero Financial Office is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support in-house counsel across all stages of real estate transactions in Florida. You will manage documents, draft and review agreements, and coordinate closings with title companies, lenders, and attorneys.
The role requires 3-5 years in real estate paralegal work and a solid understanding of Florida real estate law, title insurance, and land use issues. Strong drafting and organizational skills are essential.
The Real Estate Paralegal will support the in-house counsel in all aspects of real estate transactions. This individual will play a key role in managing legal documentation, preparing and reviewing agreements, coordinating closings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and municipal requirements.
Minimum of 3-5 years of paralegal experience in real estate law, preferably within a homebuilding or development environment.
Strong understanding of Florida real estate law, title insurance, and land use/zoning issues.
