You will be responsible for leading negotiations on behalf of the company, securing favorable terms for property acquisitions, leases, and joint ventures. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of real estate negotiations for acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing agreements.
• Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies to achieve optimal deal terms.
• Analyze complex deal structures and contract provisions to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with legal counsel, finance teams, and external partners to finalize agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate negotiations , acquisitions, or complex contract management.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing significant real estate transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate finance, contract law, and market valuation principles.
• Exceptional negotiation , persuasion, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple high-stakes negotiations simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Legal background or extensive experience working closely with legal teams is highly advantageous.
