Qualifications

- Experience in commercial real estate, retail, or restaurant development.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with franchisees and external partners.
- Strong lease knowledge and financial acumen.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Identify, secure, and build Tim Hortons US restaurants with franchisees.
- Lead site evaluation, REAC approval, lease/purchase negotiations, and due diligence.
- Coordinate with design, construction, legal, finance, and operations to open on time.
