- Strong academic background.
Responsibilities
- Advise on complex real estate transactions in M&A and corporate contexts.
- Lead standalone real estate transactions.
- Negotiate and draft complex commercial leases for landlords and tenants.
- Conduct and coordinate real estate due diligence.
- Identify and evaluate title, survey, zoning, and property-related risks.
- Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements.
- Manage the closing of real estate sale, purchase, and financing transactions.
