BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Real Estate M&A Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join the Madison, Wisconsin office. The role centers on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions within M&A, private equity investments, and financings.

You will advise clients, negotiate and draft purchase agreements and complex leases, conduct due diligence, and coordinate closing activities alongside corporate transactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of transactional real estate experience.
• Experience with complex commercial lease negotiations.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to independently handle core real estate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex real estate transactions in M&A contexts.
• Lead standalone real estate transactions.
• Negotiate and draft complex commercial leases.
• Conduct and coordinate real estate due diligence.
• Manage real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
• Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements.
• Represent borrowers in mortgage loan transactions.
