BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join the Madison, WI office. The role focuses on sophisticated real estate transactions, negotiating and drafting complex leases and purchase agreements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of transactional real estate experience, strong negotiation and drafting skills, and a proven ability to manage due diligence and closings in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of transactional real estate experience.
• Ability to handle core real estate transactional tasks independently.
• Significant experience with complex commercial lease negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong academic background.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft complex commercial leases for landlords and tenants.
• Draft purchase and sale agreements and related documents for commercial real estate transactions.
• Manage real estate due diligence for sales, purchases, and financing transactions.
• Represent developers in drafting agreements for real estate developments.
• Represent borrowers in mortgage loan transactions.
• Manage the closing of real estate sale, purchase, and financing transactions.
