Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. seeks a Senior RELO & Dispute Resolution Supervising Attorney to draft amendments, negotiate terms with landlords, and manage real estate disputes.

This role handles liens, condemnation, ADA matters, and reviews real estate agreements and CCR-related documents. The attorney will consult on dispute resolution, conduct risk analyses, draft legal responses, and supervise associates to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Seven years of real estate and contract negotiation experience; management experience preferred.
• Attorney licensed to practice law; law degree required.
• Ability to advise on dispute resolution, litigation, and lease reviews.

Responsibilities

• Drafts amendments and negotiates complex terms with landlords.
• Handles liens, condemnation and ADA issues related to real estate.
• Reviews and drafts real estate agreements and CCR-related documents.
• Provides consultation on dispute resolution and litigation; drafts complaints and responses.
• Supervises associates and coaches staff to meet growth goals.
