TRN Law Associates in California seeks an experienced Senior Contract Litigation Attorney for a fully remote contract role handling real estate and civil litigation matters. You will analyze cases, shape strategy, and manage discovery and filings.

You bring 15+ years of civil litigation, substantial trial experience, and strong research and writing skills, with familiarity in CA landlord-tenant and real estate disputes. Flexible hours and a varied caseload await.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 15+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Substantial trial experience.
• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Ability to independently manage complex matters.
• Experience with CA residential landlord-tenant law and UD.
• Habitability claims and commercial lease disputes experience.
• Easements and boundary disputes experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Analyze cases and develop litigation strategy.
• Draft and revise pleadings, motions, briefs.
• Handle discovery and related disputes.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations.
• Prepare matters for hearings, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff throughout the life of a case.
