TRN Law Associates is offering an experienced California litigator the opportunity to take on meaningful real estate and civil litigation matters in a fully remote contract role paying $200-$250 per hour.

Founded in San Francisco in 2010, TRN Law Associates is a civil law firm with a focus on California real estate. As our Senior Contract Litigation Attorney, you’ll draw on your experience across active matters - from case analysis and strategy through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation - with the independence to exercise your judgment and the support of our legal team when you need it.

What You Bring

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 15+ years of civil litigation experience
• Substantial trial experience
• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
• Ability to independently assess and manage complex litigation matters
• Practical judgment, responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
• Experience with Bay Area residential landlord-tenant law and unlawful detainer actions
• Experience with habitability claims, commercial lease disputes, construction defect matters, and general real estate litigation
• Experience with easements, boundary-line disputes, and other neighbor or adjoining-property disputes is highly desirable.
