Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• 5+ years of California litigation experience.
• Autonomy to function within civil litigation.
• Proven ability to handle discovery, mediations, and trial prep.
• Comfortable using AI ethically and responsibly to enhance practice.
• Use AI to PRIME the walls, NOT to paint them.
• Must have enough civil litigation experience to know how to do that.

Responsibilities

• You will manage a diverse litigation file with minimal supervision, covering partnership disputes, construction, HOA, buyer/seller disputes, and land use.
• From drafting and arguing motions to taking depositions and heading to trial, you’ll handle the full lifecycle of a case.
