Masis Staffing Solutions client, a prestigious nationwide law firm serving financial institutions, seeks a Senior Attorney – Associate to join its Seattle team. The role involves managing foreclosure actions, from inception to completion, and advising clients on litigation strategies.

The candidate should hold a JD from an accredited law school, have 5–10 years of legal experience (litigation/real estate/mortgage preferred), and be admitted to practice in Oregon and/or Washington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and JD from an accredited law school.
• Five to ten years of experience in the practice of law, preferably litigation, real estate or mortgage law.

Our client, a prestigious, nationwide, law firm dedicated to providing legal services to financial institutions, has an immediate need for an experienced Senior Attorney – Associate, to join their winning team in Washington.

About the Role

Senior Attorney – Associate

Full-Time

Seattle, Washington

Our candidate of choice will work in our firm’s west coast foreclosure department and will primarily manage judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion
• Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies
• Draft court pleadings, defense of motions
• Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person
• Other duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Juris Doctor from accredited law school
• Five to Ten years of experience in the practice of law, preferably litigation, real estate or mortgage law
• Admission to practice law in the states of Oregon and/or Washington.

Pay range and compensation package

• Compensation: 120,000 - 150,000. / Annually
