SR Staffing is seeking an Associate Attorney for a Seattle-based litigation practice known for mentorship and collaboration. The role offers exposure to a diverse civil docket and the chance to grow alongside experienced litigators in a supportive firm environment.

In this hybrid position, you will manage cases through all stages, conduct research and discovery, and participate in hearings and trials. Base salary ranges from $125,000 to $200,000+ with a structured bonus program and

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed or eligible for admission to practice in Washington (WA).
• Civil litigation experience preferred, but attorneys at various experience levels will be considered.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to build a long-term litigation career.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases through all stages of litigation alongside senior attorneys.
• Handle legal research, drafting, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office)

A well-established and highly respected Seattle-based litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This opportunity offers exposure to a diverse litigation caseload while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative and mentorship-focused environment.

The firm represents governmental entities, public organizations, businesses, and individuals throughout Washington State. The practice includes a broad range of civil litigation matters, including:

• Employment Law
• School Law
• Police Liability (use of force, false arrest, etc.)
• Civil Rights Litigation
• Wrongful Death
• Road Design and Municipal Liability

What You'll Do

• Manage cases through all stages of litigation alongside senior attorneys
• Handle legal research, drafting, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
