The role requires Argus AE expertise, strong Excel modeling, and the ability to use AI tools to speed up market research and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Argus AE, AI programs such as Claude or Copilot, and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide valuations of commercial properties and underwrite assets using ARGUS AE and Excel.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling, including cash flow projections and sensitivity analyses.
• Review and interpret leases, operating statements, and related real estate docs.
• Analyze market trends, occupancy, and rents; track data for research and negotiation.
• Use AI tools to accelerate market research and underwriting support; refine prompts for outputs.
