Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate or finance; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years postgraduate experience in real estate/investment analysis.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills with proficiency in cash flows.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and modify discounted cash flow models for investments using Excel and Argus.
• Assist due diligence with enviro, engineering reports, leases, and market research.
• Draft investment memoranda for Investment Committee review.
• Monitor financial performance of properties and portfolios.
• Create and maintain portfolio models; assist financing and dispositions.
• Prepare portfolio and client reports; produce ad-hoc analyses as needed.
• Allocate up to 25% of time to asset/portfolio management or research tasks.
