Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr. Investment Sales Analyst to underwrite retail and mixed-use properties, perform market research, and prepare offering materials and BOVs. You will support a national investment sales team and manage due diligence materials while communicating property-level details with clients.

The role emphasizes advanced financial modeling in Excel and ARGUS, with a focus on delivering accurate analyses and timely updates to stakeholders within CBRE's collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience; real estate license required.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling in Excel and ARGUS Enterprise.
• Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of standard financial principles and problem solving.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee underwriting from start to finish and present results to clients and internal teams.
• Interface with clients and partners to complete tasks in a team setting.
• Review leases, governance, financial reports, titles, surveys, and environmental reports; document findings.
• Report project status and escalate issues to Producers and stakeholders promptly.
• Maintain a database of market transactions and monitor market conditions.
