CBRE seeks an Investment Banking Associate in New York, NY to perform advanced financial analysis and build models to evaluate investment banking transactions, including real estate assets.

Under moderate supervision you will conduct underwriting duties, prepare valuation analyses, present findings to clients, and support senior bankers. Requires BA/BS in Finance (MBA preferred) and 2–4 years of related experience; Series 79 and 63 preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Series 79 and 63 preferred; taken in first months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct underwriting duties to support Investment Banking.
• Perform advanced financial analysis to value transactions.
• Prepare financial models evaluating real estate and other structures.
• Analyze companies and assets; present results for presentations and databases.
• Draft the financial section of Placement Memorandum and respond to client questions.
