Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Senior Client Manager for Real Estate Commercial Lines. The role is hybrid, located in Newport Beach or Los Angeles, with in-office 2x weekly expectations.

You will manage day-to-day service for complex commercial P&C programs, partnering with Producers and carrier partners to execute client strategies and renewals. The candidate will mentor junior staff, provide technical guidance on coverage, policy administration, and risk management, and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 7+ years of commercial P&C experience.
• Active Property & Casualty Broker License with ability to maintain licensing.
• Strong client relationship, consultation, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned accounts with the Client Executive and Producer.
• Coordinate renewals, manage endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes.
• Analyze exposures and advise on coverage, risk transfer, and program design.
