Responsabilités

• Lead teams through fundraising for real estate funds and related products.
• Advise on formation, structuring, and management of open-end and closed-end real estate funds, including co-investment vehicles.
• Represent real estate fund sponsors and investors in transactions, negotiations, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate fund offering documents, partnership agreements, side letters, and co-investment vehicle documents.
• Coordinate with clients, investors, and service providers to facilitate fund closings and due diligence.
• Supervise junior team members and collaborate with partners across tax, real estate, finance, and regulatory practices.
• Use AI technologies to enhance legal research and document review ethically and effectively.
