Job summary

Jobot, a Raleigh‑based real estate investment firm, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the finance team. You’ll craft monthly/quarterly financials, model property valuations, and analyze capital investments.

You’ll partner with leadership on strategic decisions and leverage AI to enhance reporting efficiency. Ideal candidates bring real estate analytics strength, advanced Excel, FCCS experience, and the ability to communicate findings to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis, real estate preferred.
• Advanced Excel with multi‑statement modeling and cash flow projections.
• Hands‑on AI tools experience (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) for analysis.
• FCCS experience for consolidations and reporting.
• Strong real estate metrics knowledge (NOI, IRR, cap rate, DSCR).
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Onsite work five days a week in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting and performance analysis for properties and funds.
• Property valuations using direct cap and DCF methodologies.
• Modeling for acquisitions, renovations, financings, and dispositions.
• Budgeting, forecasting, debt analysis, and hold‑versus‑sell decisions.
• Develop dashboards and reports; leverage AI to automate reporting.
