You will handle sophisticated, multi-layered commercial transactions across New Jersey and beyond, with emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, closings, title and survey matters, mortgage and construction financing, loan documents, and due diligence for development projects.

Qualifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar
• 10–15 years of relevant real estate experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation for purchase/sale agreements, title policies, ground leases, development agreements and loan documents
• Ability to manage multiple deals and coordinate with lenders, title companies, surveyors and opposing counsel
• Collaboration with redevelopment, corporate, tax, finance and land use teams

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated, multi-layered commercial real estate transactions across New Jersey and beyond
• Close real estate finance transactions including title and survey matters, mortgage and construction financing, and loan documentation
• Conduct due diligence reviews for development projects and bond financing
• Collaborate with attorneys in related practice areas to support client needs
