Qualifications

• 3–7 years of legal experience in land use/zoning and transactional real estate

Responsibilities

• Redevelopment & Land Use (50%): secure land use approvals, navigate NJ redevelopment process, draft agreements including PILOTs and incentives.
• Real Estate Transactional (50%): represent commercial owners and developers in acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of commercial and multifamily properties.
• Strictly transactional and regulatory work with no litigation requirements
