Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active New Jersey law license in good standing.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to independently manage active litigation caseloads.
• Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters and support senior attorneys.
• Draft pleadings and other legal documents.
• Coordinate discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Attend court conferences and hearings.
• Collaborate with team in a fast-paced environment.
