PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a senior-level credit professional to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis of property operations and transactional structures. The role emphasizes evaluating risk profiles for sophisticated loans, including cross-collateralized facilities and-site specific considerations.

You will draft narratives for credit submission and develop detailed term sheets.

Formación

• University/college degree required with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Performs complex qualitative and quantitative analysis of property operations such as credit facilities, crossed pools and cost recoup analyses to determine the viability of a proposed loan.
• Analyzes financial statements and documents to evaluate risk profile of complex transactions, including institutional ownership structures and site-specific matters.
• Conducts deeper analysis and structuring for complex properties or portfolios.
• Develops narrative for submission to Credit and agencies with qualitative and quantitative analysis at a senior level, including transaction structure and sponsorship, financial statements, schedules, market information, and deviations from underwriting guidelines.
• Drafts, reviews and analyzes complex term sheets and applications for potential transactions.
