PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Commercial Credit Expert within its Real Estate Banking organization. Based in multiple markets including Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Boca Raton, Cleveland, Chicago, Dallas, and Washington, you will oversee risk management for large CRE clients and collaborate with relationship managers and underwriters to structure loans aligned with risk appetite.

The role requires extensive CRE experience, strong analytical skills, and ability to travel for site visits.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of underwriting or credit experience, including previous client relationship and documenting deals.
• Experienced CRE finance professional who will identify, analyze, and mitigate risks of large transactions across markets.
• Ability to communicate with relationship managers, underwriters and service partners to determine appropriate loan structure consistent with risk appetite and development goals.
