Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough in Atlanta seeks a candidate with meaningful commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders. The role involves advising on real estate finance transactions and working within the Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group, which handles acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts across the United States.

The ideal candidate must be admitted to practice and in good standing in one or more states

Formación

• Candidates must have meaningful commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
• Candidates must be admitted to and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and/or Texas.

Responsabilidades

• Represent lenders and commercial real estate developers in transactions across the United States.
• The Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group focuses on real estate and finance matters including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts.
