Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP seeks a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group. The role focuses on real estate and finance matters nationwide, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial real estate finance transactions for lenders across the United States.
• Draft, negotiate, and review loan documents, intercreditor agreements, and related financing instruments.
• Support the Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group with complex real estate finance matters.

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group. As an AmLaw 100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that manages a range of financial and real estate matters to a variety of clients.

The Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group focuses on real estate and finance matters throughout the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts. The team represents lenders and commercial real estate developers in a variety of transactions across the United States.

You have 3 to 7 years of meaningful commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders. You have strong writing, analytical and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude and a great work ethic. You have excellent academic credentials and are admitted to and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and/or Texas.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.

• The salary/wage range for this position is $230,000 - $320,000 annually.
