Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage complex real estate projects from inception through construction to operations.
  • Lead real estate and financial closings, and coordinate with lenders, investors, and public agencies.
  • Prepare scopes of work, RFPs/RFQs, and manage procurement and contracts.
