The Related Group in Florida seeks a Development Manager to oversee due diligence, entitlements, design and construction for a pipeline of new construction and acquisitions. You will coordinate with acquisition staff, principals, consultants and municipal authorities to advance projects from planning through approvals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily condo development, strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office and project-tracking software, and the ability to work

Formación

• Multifamily condo development experience preferred.
• 3+ years of engineering, planning, residential and commercial development experience and/or entitlements are a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus; MBA/finance experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the pre-development process including market/site identification, negotiations, zoning and deal underwriting.
• Maximize profitability by managing scope, schedule and budget to meet objectives.
• Determine market and financial feasibility with pro forma and IRR analyses.
• Prepare development timelines and monthly status reports; assemble financing packages.
• Lead permitting and entitlement processes; coordinate with design consultants.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and pipeline development with internal teams.
