Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead the acquisition and development of industrial real estate supporting the NACF network in North America. You will drive end-to-end transaction execution from site identification through lease or purchase, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with long-term network strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or another related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transaction execution for site acquisitions including sourcing, financial analysis, deal structuring, leases and purchases, and closing for large-scale fulfillment center projects across North America.
• Conduct due diligence on prospective sites including zoning, entitlements, environmental conditions, infrastructure, and operational suitability.
• Develop a robust pipeline of strategic real estate opportunities years ahead of capacity needs and optimize site selection and timing.
