Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead the acquisition and development of large-scale fulfillment center real estate across North America. You will drive end-to-end deal execution, conduct due diligence, model feasibility, and negotiate complex agreements to support the NACF network.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, Legal and external developers to optimize portfolio growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree requirement in business, management, real estate or related field.
6+ years of commercial transactions experience.
5+ years of cross-functional stakeholder management in projects.
Experience in industrial/commercial real estate and lease administration.
Experience sourcing greenfield/brownfield sites and handling entitlements.
Experience managing 6+ mid- to large-scale projects ($5M+ to >$10M).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end acquisition transactions for NACF network across North America.
Perform due diligence on zoning, entitlements, environmental issues, and infrastructure.
Maintain a pipeline of strategic real estate opportunities years ahead of capacity needs.
Build financial models to evaluate investments and site comparisons.
Negotiate leases, purchase agreements, development agreements and related docs.
Collaborate with Operations, Design, Construction, Finance and Legal teams to deliver projects.
