Job summary

AMD seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead the legal work behind data center, infrastructure, and related financing transactions. You will own deals end-to-end, from site diligence to project finance, working with Strategy, Capital Markets, Real Estate, and Engineering teams to align legal terms with AMD's tech roadmap.

• Extensive legal experience with complex commercial real estate and data center transactions.
• Experience handling capital markets and structured finance transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across the full lifecycle of data center transactions, including site selection and power procurement.
• Support partnerships and co-investment structures, including financing components and guarantees.
• Support capital markets and structured finance transactions funding data center programs and infrastructure.
• Participate in the strategic transactions pipeline with rapid vetting, diligence, and execution.
• Advise Corporate Strategy on capital allocation and large-scale deployment opportunities.
• Collaborate with Real Estate & Facilities, Strategy, Engineering, Finance, Treasury, IT to align structures with needs.
• Coordinate and manage outside counsel and develop scalable templates for recurring transactions.
