Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. seeks a Paralegal to support its Real Estate function within the Corporate & Securities Legal team, focusing on managing matters across AMD’s global real estate portfolio.

You will work with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on leases, finance transactions, landlord-tenant matters, and due diligence to ensure compliant closings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong project-management skills and experience handling

Formación

• Substantial paralegal experience supporting sophisticated commercial real estate matters.
• Experience with leases, real estate finance transactions, and landlord-tenant matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support attorneys in preparation, review, and maintenance of documents for leases and real estate finance transactions.
• Coordinate execution and closing processes, including signature collection and record management.
• Manage real estate due diligence, title commitments, surveys, and environmental reports.
• Track notices, consents, and lease administration documents; maintain transaction files.
• Collaborate with outside counsel and service providers across jurisdictions.
