Job summary

Fluidstack seeks a senior real estate attorney to structure, draft, and negotiate complex real estate transactions for its data center buildout in San Francisco. You will build form agreements, coordinate with local counsel, and run end-to-end negotiations with sophisticated counterparties.

You will advise business leaders as a strategic partner on legal and commercial issues, manage outside counsel, and work with site development, finance, and delivery teams to keep deals moving quickly.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Led drafting and negotiating complex commercial real estate and data center agreements.
• Experience managing outside counsel across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate real estate transactions for Fluidstack data centers.
• Create form agreements and coordinate local counsel network.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations with sophisticated counterparties.
• Manage outside counsel with strict scope, quality, and spend.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with site, development, finance, and delivery teams.
• Advise leaders on legal/commercial issues and provide solutions.
