Qualifications

• J.D. degree from a top-tier law school.
• Active California Bar admission is required.
• 3+ years handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate a broad range of documents including leases, licenses, and sale/financing agreements.
• Advise on real estate, corporate, employment, compliance, and regulatory matters; coordinate with outside counsel.
• Review governance, consent rights, reporting, and compliance with governing documents; handle litigation and insurance matters.
