Based at the Store Support Center in Meridian, the attorney will oversee outside counsel,

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and in good standing with the Bar.
• 7+ years of corporate and real estate transactional work with contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of franchise law or Petroleum Marketing Practices Act is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in real estate financial analysis and due diligence.
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate real estate transactional agreements, leases, and related documents.
• Oversee outside counsel and coordinate with senior management on corporate matters.
• Advisе on mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and entity formations.
• Provide legal risk assessment and guidance on regulatory compliance.
• Draft and review a wide range of corporate contracts and governance documents.
• Lead negotiations and support strategy for complex agreements and transactions.
